Just call Norwalk at (800) 643-8645 or email at service@norwalkjuicers.com and ask to place an order for Return spring… Either Carol or John will help you right away. They are very nice people.

The material buna swells in motor oil, it compensates for ware but after time the swelling catches up and slows down the return you put a normal size O ring in there and youve got a looser fit, so it drops again. When i go into a machine i change all the rings. The more they swell the softer they get.A spring is 4 bucks ,Set of rings 5,belts are 10.,thats an instant tune up.oh yeh 5 for shipping.

Hey jwnoah

I got to thank you for everything you send to me. As the only one may well understand me,.... Norwalk juicer (disregard the model number) for a senior professional mechanic is just a simple machine or I call simple toy. It took just 2 hours to put everything together and my daughter as well as her family are pleased with everything. Thanks Norwalk. As I mentioned before to you I may come and visit Norwalk plant. But time will tell us what is going to happen. By the way I have renovated my son`s 235 with new electrical system, ventilation fan, monitoring digital thermometer as well as other features that even new model doesn`t have them. Now this old model looks different because it is different. Once again a big Thank to you and all Norwalk people.

It takes special equipment and it involves “bumping and grinding” and squeezing rather than pressing.
