When I juice all organic (a little beet, one leaf of chard, 1/2 inch ginger, handful of broccoli, 5 leafs of dandelion, 1 stalk of celery, 1 small bulb of radice, handful of green cabbage) and drink pure (~ 200ml) then I get tummy rumblings, burping, gas. So, now I’m putting the 200ml into two small green Perrier bottles and consume those throughout the day, a sip here, a sip there. Result: none of the instant former ‘complications’. >>> My Question: What would be a better combination to make instantaneous consumption of 200 ml more accomodating ???? <<< For example, I just returned from S.Korea where they sell (in regular stores) a fabulously tasting (no ‘complication’) 200ml vege juice with 17 ingredients for gasp USD1.50 per 200ml bottle. I could guzzle 600ml throughout the day no problem. <<<<<>>>>> So, what am I doing wrong with my combination ?
