Makes about 2 50 ounce servings of green smoothies. Through your norwalk triturator cut 1 bunch of spinach and another green vegetable (i.e, broccoli, celery, kale, dandelion, collard greens etc.). Add two apples and another fruit (mangos,strawberries, blueberries etc.) if you like it sweeter. It should make about 8 cups of juice and pulp. Add half of the mixture to a blender (about 4 cups) and add two bananas. If you have room left over add about a cup or two of distilled water. Run the blender on liquify for about a minute. Do the same for the second batch. The smoothies predominate color will be green. The dominate flavor will be fruit with a little kick. It will be indeed smooth. It is delicious and nutritious. It provide you with all the fiber and nutrients you need for your day.
