I have just bought a used Norwalk and it needs some serious cleaning. I was thinking vinegar and lemon. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think you need to move your post to a more appropriate forum; this one is for recipes and, of late, spam. Maybe you could also mention whether or not your machine is all stainless or the woodgrain finish.
