Because as convoluted they are, I happen to believe Elisha's responses to your allegations. I too just got off the phone with Norwalk Sales asking for technical information and they refused to help. They will not sell parts or give information about technical matters any more. Their goodwill is going into the toilet. In the past few days I have heard similar complaints from other Norwalk owners who have called for parts or information. Norwalk apparently wants everyone to send their juicers to them for repair and will not help anyone to do their own repairs. This policy will surely backfire on Norwalk Sales-- but do they care enough to stop this foolish policy? After 35 years of referring people to Norwalk to buy their machines I will no longer send anyone their way until they change this destructive customer service policy. I have made by myself all parts inventory and drawings because I am working and trying to change the principle of trituration and hydraulic pressing in a different ,much different way. Norwalk juicer is a good machine but remains an old simple toy. It doesn`t matter 230,240, 265 or 275............inside they all are 99.9 % the same from a constructive point of view.
